取得位置的主要 class 是 LocationManager，位置的來源有兩種可能： GPS 或網路（3G 或 WIFI），使用前必須將 GPS 或者網路打開，以我的手機舉例，設定在「設定 > 位置與安全性 > 使用無線網路或者使用 GPS 衛星定位」。

最後在 AndroidManifest.xml 里加上 android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION 許可權就可以了。
LocationManager 要 安裝到手機上才會運作。
實機測試發現，我的 GPS 收不到位置，用 WIFI 的網路方式可以。
